MJ Brienen is one of a few individuals who can truly claim she has done it all. Starting out in banking, moving to office equipment sales, cosmetic sales and then creating The Fundraising Lady Inc in 1988, she has worked through almost every major area a business goes through.

After selling her business in 2003 and seeing numerous small business owners exhausted and frustrated at Networking Events, she started to offer to help with special projects. A bit of telemarketing, setting up Quickbooks®, and working on a websites became the ground floor of Back Office Success. Companies wanted to hirer her full time for a variety of different project; but the entrepreneurial spirit" she was born with, and the desire to help "the many" kept her independent.
